Abstract

Depósitos indeseables de materiales de aleación precipitados se evitan en un aparato de válvula de puerta deslizante del tipo en el que unas puertas son desplazadas sucesivamente hacia y desde posiciones operativas, entre la abertura de colada de un recipiente de colada y un conjunto de tubo de colada, para conducir metal fundido desde el aparato de válvula, mediante la formación de dichas puertas con unas aberturas pasantes cuyos ejes están inclinados en la dirección del movimiento de la puerta, hacia y desde su posición de trabajo en el aparato de válvula, y mediante la formación del pasaje de flujo en el portador del tubo del conjunto de tubo de colada con una abertura extendida en la dirección del movimiento de la puerta. Se describen también las configuraciones de la puerta en particular y las construcciones del portador del tubo de colada. Figura 1.
