DICHOS NODOS DE CONFERENCIA PUEDEN SER INTERCONECTADOS A TRAVES DE UNA RED DE CONMUTACION (1), COMO ES UNA RED TELEFONICA PUBLICA CONMUTADA, Y DONDE CADA NODO PARTICIPANTE (2, 4, 8) INCLUYE MEDIOS PARA RECIBIR UNA SEÑAL DE INFORMACION DE CONFERENCIA DE SUMACION DESDE LOS OTROS NODOS PARTICIPANTES, MEDIOS PARA AÑADIR LA SEÑAL GENERADA EN CADA NODO DE CONFERENCIA EN LA SEÑAL DE SUMACION, Y MEDIOS PARA CONTROLAR LAS FUNCIONES DE CONFERENCIA.
