Abstract

Process for repeated control of blood components' stability and a device to do this. The process comprises a first phase where a primary container is filled with a platelet concentrate, then inviolable closure of the concentrate entry piping and next separating a fraction of said platelet concentrate, using completely germ-free means, depositing it in a secondary container used to extract samples for analysis and then inviolably sealing, in germ-free conditions, the passage of fluids between the primary container and the secondary one, preventing any contact with the atmosphere. It makes it possible to lengthen the useful life of platelet concentrates.
