Abstract

La patente representa un aparato simulador didáctico de equilibrado de motores alternativos de combustión interna. Se caracteriza porque el cigüeñal (Figura 1) es desmontable y configurable, para emular al de cualquier motor alternativo de dos o cuatro tiempos, de uno a seis cilindros en línea. Atornillando muñequillas (1) en ranuras radiales de sendos discos-manivelas (2) se configura un cigüeñal. Introduciendo émbolos (5) en sus cilindros (16), y atornillando sus bielas (4) mediante abrazaderas (6) a las muñequillas del cigüeñal, se configura un motor. Pueden obtenerse espectros del desequilibrio, colocando acelerómetros en placas pintadas (21) del bloque móvil (10). El equilibrado rotativo se consigue ubicando contrapesos en discos perforados (3) del cigüeñal. Dispone de dos sistemas contrarrotantes (13) y (18) (Figura 2) con discos perforados (8) desplazabas, donde ubicar contrapesos para equilibrado de fuerzas y pares de inercia alternativos de primer y segundo orden, consiguiendo el equilibrado total de los motores.The patent represents a didactic simulator for the balancing of reciprocating internal combustion engines. It has two counter-rotating systems (13) and (18) (Figure 2) with perforated discs (8) displaced, where to locate counterweights to balance forces and alternative first and second order inertia couples, achieving total motor balancing.
