Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en cubas de remojo para malterías. Consisten en disponer, como fondo de la cuba (1), una chapa (7) con acanaladuras cilíndricas, lateralmente adyacentes y embocaduras coplanarias, cuya anchura a nivel de su embocadura coincide con la distancia entre las vigas (3) que constituyen la estructura soporte para el falso fondo enrejillado (2), lo que permite que dicha estructura sea exterior al receptáculo (1), apoyando sobre el borde superior de las vigas (3) que la constituyen, en primer lugar facetados planos (8) de la chapa pluri-acanalada (7) que separan las diferentes acanaladuras (7-7"''), y sobre éstos las zonas marginales de los módulos de rejillas (2). Así, la estructura (3) soporte del fondo y el falso fondo no se ve afectada en el remojo o germinación y la limpieza de las cámaras (9-9"'') resulta cómoda y sencilla, concretamente por proyección de agua a través de tubos (10) con boquillas radiales.
