Abstract
Sistema de integración de módulo airbag de cabeza dentro del proceso de fabricación de techos. El sistema está previsto para integral un módulo airbag de cabeza en el guarnecido de techo de un vehículo, durante el proceso de fabricación de éste. El módulo airbag (1), comprende un recubrimiento (4) con un faldón (5) y bandas de tensión (6), y presenta unos orificios (8) y (9) en el faldón (5) y en las bandas (6) determinantes de referencias complementarias de otras previstas en el molde inferior (13) donde tiene lugar la conformación del guarnecido de techo (2), formado éste mediante una serie de capas. El molde inferior (13) incluye otras referencias constituidas por salientes (16-17) complementarios de los orificios de referencia (8-9) del módulo airbag (1), que al hacerse coincidentes determinan u medio de referencia para el correcto posicionado del módulo airbag (1) en el guarnecido (2), permitiendo obtener el conjunto mediante el prensado del mismo en el molde inferior (13), consiguiendo la integración del módulo airbag (1) en el guarnecido (2) durante el proceso de fabricación de éste.
