Abstract

Método de análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la o las poblaciones microbianas potencialmente presentes en una muestra, caracterizado porque cosiste en: - poner en contacto los microorganismos potencialmente presentes en dicha muestra con como mínimo una sonda de oligonucleótido dirigida a ARN, en lo sucesivo denominada sonda específica, capaz de dirigirse a una población microbiológica deseada, bajo condiciones favorables para hibridación in situ en células completas, - extraer las sondas hibridadas por separación de su diana y elución fuera de dichas células, - detectar las sondas extraídas y medir la cantidad de las mismas o sus cantidades respectivas.
