Abstract

Árbol de transmisión con cojinete intermedio, para vehículos utilitarios, que comprende por lo menos dos tramos de árbol y un cojinete intermedio. Para conseguir una marcha con pocas vibraciones y para reducir la influencia recíproca entre el cojinete intermedio y el casquillo de deslizamiento se ha dispuesto un rodamiento en una parte del casquillo de deslizamiento que está libre. El dentado empieza, partiendo de la superficie frontal, detrás del rodamiento. Además, el asegurado del rodamiento sobre el casquillo de deslizamiento se efectúa mediante una caperuza de seguridad que presenta una entalladura para alojar una primera junta anular para la estanqueización del rodamiento. Tiene además una prolongación para fijar la segunda junta anular para la estanqueización del casquillo de deslizamiento respecto al vástago deslizante. Debido a ello se acorta la distancia entre el plano central del rodamiento y el centro de la articulación, de tal modo que con ello se favorece también una marcha suave del árbol de transmisión.
