Abstract

Sistema de control del aire de sobre-fuego para un horno de combustible solido pulverizado. Sistema de control de aire de sobre-fuego para un horno de combustible pulverizado, en el que está previsto un conjunto de quemador para descargar una mezcla de combustible/aire primario junto con aire secundario para quemar el combustible. Se controla la cantidad de la descarga de aire primario y aire secundario para conseguir la combustión incompleta y está prevista una tobera de aire de sobre-fuego a través de la cual se descarga aire adicional para completar la combustión. La tobera de aire de sobre-fuego recibe dos corrientes de aire, una de elevado volumen y baja velocidad y la otra de bajo volumen y alta velocidad. Están previstos reguladores para controlar las corrientes de aire con el fin de conseguir cantidades y velocidades óptimas del aire. De acuerdo con una realización, una fuente de una de las corrientes de aire es la porción de aire primario de la mezcla de combustible/aire primario aplicada al conjunto de quemador. Se reduce por consiguiente la formación de óxidos nitrosos y se puede mantener razones de aire-combustible muy precisas a pesar de las variaciones en la calidad del combustible y la presión y cantidad del aire primario.
