Abstract

Máquina empaquetadora de recipientes. La máquina incluye una estructura (1) en la que está establecida una zona de llegada de recipientes (3) a través de una cinta transportadora (4), y de cajas (14) a través de una cinta transportadora (15), dispuestas ambas cintas transversalmente entre sí. Cuando entra un número determinado de recipientes (3), son tomados por unas pinzas (6) accionadas por cilindros neumáticos (7), siendo el conjunto desplazable en sentido ascendente/descendente por un cilindro neumático (11), y desplazable asimismo tanto en sentido longitudinal como en sentido transversal por cilindros (12) y (22), posibilitando el posicionado de los recipientes (3) en el interior de la caja (14), realizándose la colocación mediante planchas (16) y (17), accionables para subir, bajar y desplazarse, por cilindros neumáticos apropiados, que producen la colocación de cada fila de recipientes (3) de forma adosada a la fila precedente y posicionadas desfasadamente entre sí para rellenar todos los vacíos existentes en la caja.
