Abstract

Un procedimiento que permite aprovechar las maderas verdes cortadas y el reciclaje de maderas usadas en otros procesos industriales, de una manera mucho más ecológica que los procesos convencionales, para la obtención de tableros aglomerados utilizables en la industria del mueble, embalaje y construcción en general, en el que intervienen una pluralidad de etapas sucesivas consistentes en el triturado de la madera, para la formación de astillas homogéneas, su refinado para formar virutas, fase de secado, mezclado con cola ligante, formación de una manta mediante pre-prensado en frío y prensado definitivo en condiciones predeterminadas de presión y temperatura para la formación de un tablero, enfriamiento controlado de éste, lijado en varias fases y cortado y embalado, con o sin operación previa de recubrimiento.
