Abstract

El objeto de la patente son perfeccionamientos en las mesas revólver para hacer en continuo ladrillos y baldosas de arcilla, del tipo accionadas por un motor autofreno con las estaciones de alimentación de la primera capa y segunda capa; la de vibración y prensado del terrazo, caracterizadas en que a la mesa se le suprimen tales estaciones y se le añaden como mínimo las estaciones de introducción del soporte interno de la masa húmeda; de un estrato granular de separación de la base de arcilla húmeda y el fondo del soporte; estación de carga dentro del soporte introducido en el molde por tornillo sin fin proveniente de la amasadora de arcilla húmeda; estación de alisado a ras de la mesa, y su superficie superior eventualmente labrada por acción digital del operario de mando de la máquina; y la estación de extracción del soporte con el bloque aún húmedo.
