Abstract

Estructura de bastidor de carrocería de vehículo de dos ruedas y estructura para montar una horquilla delantera en el bastidor de carrocería. El problema es construir un cuerpo de bastidor de un vehículo de dos ruedas utilizando un tubo de acero y unir accesorios, tal como una horquilla delantera, reposapiés y horquilla trasera, sin utilizar ménsulas de soldadura. Para resolver el problema, el bastidor de carrocería se hace de un tubo de acero curvado, e incluye una sección de tubo delantero 2h, una sección de tubo descendente 2d que se extiende hacia abajo y hacia atrás desde un extremo inferior de la sección de tubo delantero 2h, una sección de tubo inferior 2b que se extiende de forma sustancialmente horizontal y hacia atrás desde un extremo inferior de la sección de tubo descendente 2d y una sección de tubo trasero 2r que se extiende hacia arriba y hacia atrás desde un extremo trasero de la sección de tubo inferior 2b. Un saliente 10 para soportar una horquilla delantera 4 está unido rotativamente alrededor de la sección de tubo delantero 2h. Dos pares de elementos de sujeción 28 y 40 están unidos a las secciones de tubo inferior y trasero 2b y 2r para intercalar estas secciones de tubo, respectivamente. Reposapiés 5 y una horquilla trasera 31 están unidos a las secciones de tubo anteriores mediante los elementos de sujeción 28 y 40 que están atornillados.
