Abstract

Dispositivo alimentador de hilo para consumo de hilo intermitente. Un dispositivo alimentador de hilo para consumo de hilo intermitente comprende una unidad alimentadora de hilo provista de un tambor alimentador de hilo (11) rotatorio y un dispositivo de conducción de hilo, conteniendo el tambor (11) sendas porciones periféricas (11a, 11b) primera y segunda, constitutivas de respectivas superficies de fricción para un hilo (12) que deba ser alimentado, presentando el dispositivo de conducción de hilo un elemento de entrada (18), un elemento de salida (19) y dos elementos guiadores móviles (20, 21), y siendo el hilo (12) susceptible de ser guiado mediante los elementos guiadores (20, 21) de tal modo entre el elemento de entrada (18) y el elemento de salida (19) que interacciones sucesivamente con la primera y con la segunda porción periférica (11a, 11b). A las dos porciones periféricas (11a, 11b) están asociadas distintas propiedades de alimentación del hilo y/o elementos guiadores (20, 21)dispuestos en dos palancas de gobierno separadas. La invención encuentra aplicación en la industria textil, particularmente en la fabricación de máquinas tricotosas.
