Abstract

Transversal rotation cutter for moving laminar strips formed by two parallel rollers (2 and 3), which have respective matching edge blades for performing the cuts, each of the rollers includes a central fixed body (5) and a rotating external cover (6), whose fixed body (5) determines an internal chamber (11), with inlets (12) for introducing compressed air and radial ducts (13) for extracting compressed air for pneumatic lubrication between the body (5) and the cover (6) so that said cover (6) is composed of a hard chrome laminar tube, which incorporates a laminar nickel coating, with an external carbon fibre layer.
