Procedimiento de impermeabilización de falsos techos insonorizados y techos así construidos. Un amortiguador acústico incorpora centralmente una doble pieza (3) y (4) provista de una articulación intermedia (5), con posicionamiento fijo variable de la pieza (3) superior con respecto de la pieza (4) inferior, posibilitando el desnivelado de las planchas (6) del falso techo, provistas de un recubrimiento impermeable (9) superior, un estanqueizado de bordes (10), un conducto de evacuación (12) extremo, un visor (13) y un detector de fugas (14), conectado a un chivato acústico y/o luminoso.
