Abstract

Procedimiento de troquelado de chapas constitutivas de núcleos magnéticos en forma de "E" y de "T". Especialmente concebido para la obtención de núcleos magnéticos de ventanas sobredimensionadas, como los utilizados en reactancias de bajas pérdidas, en los que actualmente participan chapas en "E" y chapas en "I", las primeras formando dos alineaciones longitudinales en las que dichas chapas quedan desfasadas en este sentido, y las segundas obtenidas a partir de los espacios definidos por las primeras, el procedimiento consiste en troquelar piezas en "T" (5), en lugar de piezas en "I", aprovechando el sobrante de los propios espacios vacíos definidos por las chapas en "E" (1) para obtención de la rama media (7) de las citadas piezas en "T", de manera que la rama media (6) de las chapas en "E" se acorta en la misma magnitud de la rama media (7) de las piezas en "T", lo que permite estrechar la banda continua (8) de la que parte para la obtención de tales chapas (1'') y (5).
