Abstract

El polvo para deposición de soldadura de arco o de plasma de capas de resistentes al desgaste de aleación de níquel que contienen carburo, por ejemplo para herramientas y equipo de trabajo en minas, de perforación y cerámicas. Un polvo, para deposición de capa de protección contra el desgaste, contiene níquel, opcionalmente tungsteno, vanadio, boro y carbono, junto con flujos y partículas de vanadio y opcionalmente carburo de tungsteno. Un aditivo de polvo, para deposición de una capa de protección antidesgaste de una matriz de aleación de níquel que contiene vanadio y carburos de tungsteno, especialmente para soldadura de arco o de plasma, consiste en 20-80% de Ni, 40-70% de W, 3-24% de B, 0-2% de Si y 0.1-5% de C, siendo la suma de C + B + Si 0.5-12%, junto con los flujos convencionales partículas de carburo de tungsteno de un tamaño de 0.01-0.3 0 3.0-2.0 mm y partícula de carburo de vanadio de partículas de tamaño de 0.05-0.3 mm. La invención también se refiere a lo siguiente: (1) un aditivo de polvo similar que también contiene 4-30% de Cr; (ii) un aditivo de polvo similar que está libre de carburos de tungsteno, opcionalmente libre de tungsteno y contiene opcionalmente 4-30% de Cr; (iii) procedimientos para aplicar capas de protección antidesgaste que utiliza los aditivos de polvo anteriores.
