Abstract

Removable reinforcement for damaged roofs and floors and its method of application.The invention relates to a removable reinforcement system for damaged roofs and floors, consisting in placing under worn beams or tie rod beams, U-shaped galvanised profiles in two or more sections, which incorporate in their inner face welded bolts, said sections are connected to each other by two screws placed at the ends of the two profiles in plates prepared for this purpose in proximity to said ends. Another additional purpose of the invention is the consecutive procedure for allowing the recommended system to be applied to said damaged floors and roofs, which requires preparatory operations to be carried out thereon, such as filling the U-shaped profile with mortar, priming the beam with epoxy resin and drilling it so that connectors can be put in place.
