Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para el encolado de un haz de hilos que consta de hilos textiles individuales, con un proceso previo de urdir al ancho o urdir seccionalmente, en el que el haz de hilos es cubierto con un agente de encalado, es exprimido y es secado. Para reducir el consumo de agente de encolado y al mismo tiempo para reducir la potencia del secador, y a pesar de ello para mantener una calidad de encolado suficiente para realizar el tejido, el haz de hilos es humedecido con agente humectante ya al realizarse las operaciones de urdir al ancho o de urdir seccionalmente, es bobinado bajo un elevado tensado del hilo, es almacenado en la bobina y es recubierto con una solución de encolado a alta temperatura y con alta viscosidad, también con un elevado tensado del hilo. En forma adicional o alternativa al humedecimiento previo, el haz de hilos puede ser sometido a un tratamiento con efecto de corona.
