Abstract

Preparado para mejorar la calidad de la carne y grasa en los animales de granja, logrado por una mezcla de subproductos naturales de la industria del aceite de oliva, del vino, de los aserraderos, de la industria papelera o de transformación de todo tipo de madera muy ricos en polifenoles y compuestos tánicos ricos en galo y elagotaninos de origen natural como, el roble, la encina, quebracho, agallas de roble, madera de castaño, roble, encina, brezo, etc. Esta mezcla efectuada en forma de concentrado acuoso con el 50% de Materia seca, se procede a su secado en torre spray o flash drier a temperatura por debajo de los 65ºC, logrando en los animales que con su ingestión, los polifenoles actúen primero en el hígado y en los adipocitos, después se fijen en las membranas de las células musculares y grasas, aceleren y magnifiquen la desaturación del ácido esteárico a oleico, incrementen el nivel de grasa intramuscular y la deposición de grasa más blanda, más baja en colesterol y por tanto más saludable, incrementando de forma notable el sabor y la calidad culinaria y sanitaria de la carne, huevos y leche de los animales de granja.
