Abstract
Composición vegetal para sazonar y su procedimiento de fabricación. Consiste en la mezcla homogénea de repollo o col (Brássica oleracea var. capitata L), nabo (Brássica rapa L. var. rapa), rábano (Ráphanus sativus L.), puerro (Porrum satívum Mill),apio(Apium gravéolens L.) y algas (Laminaría digitata Lamx),previamente deshidratados, estabilizados y triturados. Su empleo es como un sustitutivo de la sal, con el mismo sabor pero con un contenido en sodio inferior al 10%.
