EL MEDIO REFRIGERANTE SE GUIA A TRAVES DE UNA CUBIERTA (5) DE ENFRIADO QUE FORMA EL EVAPORADOR (25) DE LA ZONA DE ATEMPERADO EN CONTRACORRIENTE Y DE MODO QUE LA MASA ES ATEMPERADA BAJO EVAPORACION DIRECTA. SE HA PREVISTO UNA CONDUCCION (18) DE GAS CALIENTE QUE PUENTEA EL CONDENSADOR (12) Y LA VALVULA (14) DE EXPANSION DEL CICLO (9) DE MEDIO REFRIGERANTE, DONDE SE REGULA LA CANTIDAD DEL MEDIO DE ENFRIAMIENTO CALIENTE EN DEPENDENCIA DE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA MASA EN EL EXTREMO DE LA ZONA DE ATEMPERADO. LA ZONA DE ATEMPERADO ESTA SUBDIVIDIDA EN UNA ZONA (6) DE REFRIGERACION PREVISTA EN EL LADO DE ENTRADA PARA LA MASA Y UNA ZONA (7) DE CRISTALIZACION PREVISTA EN EL LADO DE SALIDA. EL MEDIO DE REFRIGERACION CALIENTE DE LA CONDUCCION (18) DE GAS DE CALENTAMIENTO SE GUIA SOLO A TRAVES DE LA ZONA (6) DE ENFRIAMIENTO DE LA ZONA DE ATEMPERADO.
