Abstract

Disco abrasivo perfeccionado. Está especialmente concebido para su aplicación a máquinas automáticas de corte en las canteras, asegurándose al eje de salida del elemento motriz que atraviesa su orificio axial. Está constituido por una pluralidad de elementos independientes o segmentos intercambiables (2), asegurados a la periferia de un alma metálica circular (1) de acero o similar. Estos segmentos abrasivos (2) están regularmente distribuidos en la periferia dejando espacios de desahogo entre ellos, para mejorar el corte. El anclaje se realiza mediante tornillos pasantes por los orificios existentes en un rebaje periférico (4) del alma metálica (1) y poseer los segmentos abrasivos (2) unas espigas planas trapeciales en cola de milano, ubicadas éstas en los huecos equivalentes conformados entre unas primeras placas (6) ubicadas en dicho rebaje periférico del alma metálica (1), cubriéndose y asegurándose las espigas con unas segundas placas (9) superpuestas, provistas también de orificios depaso de los tornillos. Se obtiene gran seguridad funcional del disco ya que los segmentos están sujetos al alma de acero de manera que cortando nunca pueden desprenderse del disco.
