Abstract

The machine has rubber pad cylinders (2) forming print positions with counter printing cylinders or a common counter printing cylinder and plate cylinders (3) combined with rubber pad cylinders in pairs to form cylinder groups (10) with dedicated drives. For each cylinder group the rubber pad cylinder or plate cylinder is driven by the group motor (5) via a toothed belt or gear wheel drive and this cylinder drives the other cylinder in the group.
