Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento de aguas residuales del procesamiento de frutos oleaginosos y cereales con las características siguientes: - se somete el agua residual fresca a tratar a un tratamiento previo mediante una acidificación con una oculación biógena y una separación de sólidos, - a continuación, se sigue tratando el agua residual previamente tratada por vía anaerobiomesófila mediante una biomasa suspendida y fijada a un soporte, en donde la fijación se realiza utilizando una biología de biopelícula en lecho móvil con cuerpos huecos cilíndricos como material soporte, y se retiran biogás obtenido y fango producido.
