Abstract

Se describe un volante para vehículo de motor que tiene un alojamiento para instalar un módulo ventilador en una llanta para extraer aire desde un entorno y dirigirlo hacia una cavidad. La llanta del volante (4), en la región de su cavidad hueca (6), tiene un alojamiento (11, 12) para instalar un módulo ventilador (10) que introduce aire desde el entorno y lo dirige en la cavidad. La llanta se construye como un cuerpo hueco autoportante. El módulo del ventilador se encuentra nivelado con uno de los radios del volante (3) en una sección con disminución progresiva de la llanta. Varios orificios de ventilación (8) están concentrados en cada zona de agarre de la llanta del volante. También se incluye una reivindicación independiente para un procedimiento para fabricar una llanta de volante en la cual la llanta se fabrica a partir de dos placas planas, los orificios de ventilación taladrados, y las placas son conformadas a continuación coincidiendo con las semicarcasas (7, 8) las cuales están interconectadas.
