EL SUSTRATO DE RECUBRIMIENTO EVITA LA INTERDIFUSION DE ELEMENTOS DEL SUSTRATO Y ELEMENTOS DE RECUBRIMENTO DE LA LAMINA FINA Y POSIBILITA EL CONTROL TOTAL DE IRREGULARIDADES MEDIANTE LOS RECUBRIMIENTOS EN LAMINA FINA.
