Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN APARATO APTO PARA LLEVAR A CABO PROCESOS FISICOS Y QUIMICOS, COMPUESTO POR DOS UNIDADES DE PROCESO SEPARADAS QUE UTILIZAN UN MEDIO DE MATERIA PARTICULADA, DONDE LA SEGUNDA UNIDAD DE PROCESO SIRVE PARA REGENERAR LA MATERIA PARTICULADA CONTAMINADA EN LA PRIMERA UNIDAD DE PROCESO. EL APARATO INCLUYE UN PRIMER REACTOR (1-3) PARA LLEVAR A CABO LA REACCION DE LA PRIMERA UNIDAD; UN SEGUNDO REACTOR (4-6) PARA LLEVAR A CABO REACCION DE LA SEGUNDA UNIDAD; ADAPTADO ENTRE EL PRIMER REACTOR (1-3) Y EL SEGUNDO REACTOR (4-6), UN PRIMER CANAL DE TRANSFERENCIA (20) QUE SIRVE PARA TRANSFERIR LA MATERIA PARTICULADA CONTAMINADA EN EL PRIMER REACTOR AL SEGUNDO; Y ADAPTADO ENTRE EL SEGUNDO REACTOR (4-6) Y EL PRIMER REACTOR (13), UN SEGUNDO CANAL DE TRANSFERENCIA (29) QUE SIRVE PARA TRANSFERIR LA MATERIA PARTICULADA REGENERADA EN EL SEGUNDO REACTOR AL PRIMERO. SEGUN LA INVENCION, EL PRIMER REACTOR (1-3) INCLUYE UN REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO CIRCULANTE CON UN ESPACIO DE REACCION DE SECCION TRANSVERSAL AXIALMENTE ANULAR, Y EL SEGUNDO REACTOR (4-6) INCLUYE UN REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO CIRCULANTE QUE CIRCUNDA AL PRIMER REACTOR CON SIMETRIA CONCENTRICA, DE MODO QUE TAMBIEN EL SEGUNDO REACTOR TIENE UN ESPACIO DE REACCION DE SECCION TRANSVERSAL AXIALMENTE ANULAR. LA CONSTRUCCION SEGUN LA INVENCION HACE POSIBLE IMPLEMENTAR TAMBIEN EQUIPOS GRANDES CON UNA RELACION ALTURA A DIAMETRO REDUCIDA, CON LO QUE SE MINIMIZAN LAS NECESIDADES DE ESPACIO/DIMENSIONES DEL EQUIPO Y SE REDUCEN SUSTANCIALMENTE LOS PROBLEMAS ASOCIADOS CON LA EXPANSION TERMICA.
