Abstract

Envase para alimentos precocinados. El envase de la invención consta de una cubierta exterior de cartón, conformada por troquelado y pegado, en cuyo interior se dispone una bandeja metálica que contiene el alimento precocinado. Es así mismo objeto de la invención el procedimiento de cocinado de los platos preparados congelados contenidos en este tipo de envase. Dicho procedimiento consiste en tapar la bandeja metálica con el alimento congelado en su interior y someterla a una fuente de calor directa durante el tiempo necesario para completar la cocción del alimento precocinado.
