Procedimiento de compensación, apto para imputar al usuario, en una red de telecomunicaciones (2), la utilización de recursos (A-F) no afectos al desarrollo del tráfico en una tarjeta SIM (10), caracterizado porque al usuario se imputan recursos de Software y/o recursos-de Hardware de la tarjeta SIM (10), porque al menos un contador en la tarjeta SIM es incrementado cuando es utilizado uno de los citados recursos imputables de Software y/o de Hardwre en la tarjeta SIM (10), y porque a partir del valor del contador se determina el importe imputable, que corresponde a una cuota de servicio y/o a un derecho de licencia.
