LOS SUBPRODUCTOS COLORANTES Y/O TOXICOS MERMAN EL VALOR DE UTILIDAD DE LA CARBENODAZIMA, SIENDO MUCHOS LOS METODOS PROPUESTOS HASTA LA FECHA PARA REDUCIR LA CANTIDAD DE DICHOS SUBPRODUCTOS. CON ESTE NUEVO PROCEDIMIENTO LO QUE SE PROPONE ES REDUCIR DE UN MODO CONSIDERABLE O ELIMINAR EN SU TOTALIDAD LA CANTIDAD DE SUBPRODUCTOS COLORANTES Y/O TOXICOS MEDIANTE UN TRATAMIENTO SENCILLO Y RENTABLE DE LA CARBENODAZIMA. TRATANDO LAS CARGAS IMPURAS DE CARBENODAZIMA CON UN AGENTE DE DIAZOTACION EN ACIDOS SE REDUCE CONSIDERABLEMENTE LA CANTIDAD DE SUBPRODUCTOS O SE ELIMINAN EN SU TOTALIDAD LOS COMPONENTES NO DESEADOS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO SIRVE PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN FUNGICIDA QUE CUMPLE TODOS LOS REQUISITOS PROPUESTOS.
