Abstract
EN MAQUINAS DE LAVADO MODERNAS SE SUPERVISA EL PROCESO DE LAVADO Y ACLARADO CON LA AYUDA DE UNA UNIDAD DE CONTROL ELECTRONICA Y SE OPTIMIZA CON RESPECTO AL CONSUMO DE ENERGIA Y DE AGUA. COMO TRANSMISOR DE VALOR DE MEDIDA SIRVEN LOS SENSORES DE ENTURBIAMIENTO CONOCIDOS, QUE SE COMPONEN DE FORMA HABITUAL DE UN DIODO DE ILUMINACION Y UN ELEMENTO SENSIBLE A LA LUZ. EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES UN SENSOR OPTICO CON EL QUE SE DETERMINA DE FORMA INEQUIVOCA, SI UN TUBO DE MEDICION CONTIENE AIRE O AGUA O LEJIA DE LAVADO TURBIA. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION EL TUBO (3) DE MEDIDA DEL SENSOR OPTICO SE ENCUENTRA EN LA ZONA DE UN HAZ (4,4'') DE RAYOS QUE ENTRAN Y SALEN RESPECTIVAMENTE DE FORMA ABOMBADA HACIA EL INTERIOR LIGERAMENTE CON DISPOSICION ESFERICA. CUANDO SE LLENA DE AGUA EL TUBO (3) DE MEDICION SE ENSANCHA COMO LENTE DIVERGENTE, QUE MUESTRA UN HAZ (4'') DE RADIACION EN LA ZONA DEL FOTOTRANSISTOR (2). CASI NINGUN EFECTO DE LENTE APARECE CON EL TUBO (3) DE MEDIDA RELLENO CON AIRE. SE CONSIGUE LA RADIACION (4) DE FORMA INFLEXIBLE CON RESPECTO AL FOTOTRANSISTOR (2), QUE MIDE EN ESTE CASO UNA INTENSIDAD ALTA CORRESPONDIENTE.
