Un nuevo contador eléctrico, caracterizado por que suprime el último disco dentado, y en su lugar se coloca otro doble diente (1), para hacer girar la numeración del contador y fijo en el mismo lleva un rochete (2), siendo variable su número de dientes según las revoluciones a que debe acoplarse el contador, recibiendo su movimiento giratorio por medio de dos palancas (3 y 4) movidas por un excéntrico giratorio, que a su vez recibe la fuerza por demultripicación del disco, sea cual fuere su sentido de rotación (5).
