Abstract

La invención se refiere a un hilo de desgarro para paquetes que comprende la distinción de las macas. Para luchar contra la piratería, especialmente contra la de productos de marca, la invención intenta proporcionar embalajes con un mecanismo de desgarro que presenta una posibilidad de abertura y de cierre que sea específica del fabricante y adecuada para determinar si el embalaje ha sido abierto o no. Con este fin la invención proporciona un hilo de desgarro que antes de que se una a la película de embalaje se tensa al menos en secciones en el lado izquierdo y/o derecho, y/o en el lado superior y/o inferior, cuyas tensiones sirven como codificación. El número y/o radios y/o altura de las ondas del hilo de desgarro presentes tras el desgarro constituye la información codificada. Según una distinta versión de la invención, se proporciona un hilo de desgarro con uno o más agujeros perforados que sirven como código. Según la invención el hilo de desgarro también se provee con al menos un elemento de seguridad activo ópticamente para codificar la información, elemento que comprende al menos un color característico, una estructura de difracción y/o un revestimiento metalizado.
