QUE ESTA HECHO PARA PASAR A TRAVES DE UN ELECTRODO (13) SENSIBLE AL ION DE AMONIO, QUE GENERA UN POTENCIAL PROPORCIONAL A LA CONCENTRACION DE IONES DE AMONIO PRESENTES, Y ESTE POTENCIAL SE COMPARA CON EL OBTENIDO A PARTIR DEL ELECTRODO DE REFERENCIA (14). LA DIFERENCIA DE POTENCIAL MEDIDO ENTRE AMBOS ELECTRODOS SE AMPLIFICA Y SE CONVIERTE EN UNA SEÑAL ELECTRICA, QUE SE MODIFICA SUSTANCIALMENTE PARA SU VISION.
