Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para el equilibrado de una rueda de automóvil que comprende un neumático y una rueda de disco. La rueda de automóvil se fija a un árbol de medición (20) de una máquina equilibradora, los datos geométricos se determinan mediante exploración con palpador (3) y son almacenados, en al menos una operación de medición se determina un desequilibrio, según un programa de equilibrado seleccionado en función del tipo de rueda de disco (6) y del material de la misma se calcula al menos un vector de equilibrado en al menos un plano de equilibrado, y en función del vector de equilibrado y para la compensación del desequilibrio se fija a la rueda al menos un peso equilibrador, constatándose al tener lugar la exploración de una zona de la llanta (8) de la rueda por medio de un sensor si en la zona explorada de la llanta hay o no hay una parte de la llanta (8) que está dispuesta perpendicularmente al árbol de medición (2), y seleccionándose el programa de equilibrado en funciónde la señal obtenida con el sensor. Se facilita el ajuste de la máquina al tipo de rueda a equilibrar.
