Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un granulado formado a partir de desechos de plástico adecuado para su utilización como filtro para la limpieza de aguas residuales, en el que como materia prima se emplean particularmente desechos de plástico preclasificados y limpiados de la denominada fracción de botellas del sistema dual alemán "Der Grüne Punkt" o de otras organizaciones similares para la recogida y clasificación de desechos, en el que los desechos de plástico se componen en su mayor parte de polietileno y de polipropileno, en el que los desechos de plástico se calientan hasta su estado fundido y se extrusionan a través de una extrusionadora de tornillo sin fin, ajustándose la temperatura en la extrusionadora de forma degresiva, concretamente a la entrada en el intervalo comprendido entre 250 y 500 ºC, en la cabeza extrusionadora entre 180 y 200 ºC, y porque en la cabeza extrusionadora se añade entre un 0,1 y un 0,5 % en peso de peróxido o de desechos con contenido en peróxido.
