Abstract

Equipo para tratar térmicamente mercancías en forma de piezas de tela, incluye chorros cilíndricos. El chorro cilíndrico tiene una abertura de chorro en un extremo, y una entrada en forma de túnel en el otro extremo, el cual pasa al interior de la base de la caja del chorro. El equipo empleado para aplicar calor a mercancías en piezas (2) tiene cajas de chorro (29, 30), sobre y por debajo del plano (9) del recorrido de la tela. Los chorros, en los lados frente a las cajas de chorro (29, 30), son unidades de chorro cilíndricas alineadas formando un ángulo con la base de cada conjunto de chorro. El chorro cilíndrico tiene una abertura de chorro en un extremo, y una entrada en forma de túnel en el otro extremo, el cual pasa al interior de la base de la caja del chorro. La base de la caja del chorro es plana, con todos los chorros situados en vaciados en la base. Características preferidas: todos los chorros están alineados formando un ángulo con la base de la unidad de chorro. Los chorros de las cajas de chorro superior e inferior (29, 30) están alineados uno contra otro de tal forma que el dispositivo de accionamiento a la tela (2), al moverse a lo largo del plano central (9), un movimiento alternativo inclinado hacia arriba y hacia abajo a lo largo de la anchura de la tela. Cada unidad tiene cuatro chorros alineados uno con otro. Los chorros a la izquierda y a la derecha de la línea central longitudinal están alineados hacia el interior, hacia el centro, sobre y por debajo de la tela (2). Los chorros alineados a través de la dirección de la tela discurren alternativamente unos hacia otros, y alejándose unos de otros con, en cada caso, chorros emparejados en la misma dirección. Los chorros laterales se extienden la tela en corrugas. Los chorros superior e inferior se encuentran alineados unos con otros o están desplazados unos de otros. Los chorros laterales están en filas, donde los chorros en filas adyacentes en la dirección del movimiento son desplazados respecto de aquellosde la fila precedente. Las tapas se fijan para que concuerden con la anchura de las superficies de funcionamiento de las cajas de chorro a la anchura de la tela (2), y deslizan dentro de las cajas de chorro. Las aberturas del chorro pueden ser enjuagadas con las superficies planas de las bases de la caja de chorro.
