Abstract
Sensor electroquímico para medir la actividad de un componente metálico en una fundición de un metal o aleación, que comprende dicha fundición como electrodo de medición, un electrodo de referencia que comprende el componente metálico que debe ser medido, separados uno del otro por un haluro conductor iónico líquido que contiene el componente metálico que debe ser medido e inmovilizado en un soporte poroso no conductor fabricado de un material esencialmente inerte para la fundición, el haluro y el material del electrodo de referencia, y en el que el electrodo de referencia comprende además una conexión externa que incluye un hilo conductor eléctrico retenido en un material aislante eléctrico que en esencia es químicamente inerte para la fundición y el material del electrodo de referencia, caracterizado porque el sellado del electrodo de referencia que está adaptado para ser sellado se realiza mediante un cemento refractario y la propia fundición y un sellado hermético al gas de la conexiónexterna situada sobre la fundición, y mediante la fusión del material de referencia dentro del sensor electroquímico.
