Abstract

Caja de transporte o maleta (TC) para motocicletas que comprende: úna parte de la base (1) dispuesta para su acoplamiento desmontable en una motocicleta o una placa portadora (3) montada en una motocicleta; úna parte de la tapa (2) acharnelada a la parte de la base (1) de manera tal que la parte de la tapa (2) puede ser obligada a pivotar alejándose de la parte de la base (1) para abrir la caja de transporte o maleta (TC), pivotando hacia la parte de la base (1) para cerrar dicha caja de transporte o maleta (TC); ún elemento de retención (10) dispuesto para adoptar selectivamente una primera posición, en la que el elemento de retención puede retener la parte de la tapa (2) con respecto a la parte de la base (1), y una segunda posición en la que el elemento de retención no puede retener la parte de la tapa (2) a la parte de la base (1); y ún mecanismo de control destinado a llevar el elemento de retención (10) desde la primera posición a la segunda posición; caracterizada porque él mecanismode control comprende un dispositivo de apertura (12), en particular un botón pulsador, que está dispuesto para ser presionado a efectos de posibilitar que el elemento de retención (10) sea llevado desde la primera posición a la segunda posición; y él mecanismo de control permite que el elemento de retención (10) sea llevado desde la segunda posicióna la primera posición solamente de manera tal que el elemento de retención retenga realmente la parte de la tapa (2) a la parte de la base (1) cuando el elemento de retención ha alcanzado la primera posición.
