SE DA UN VALOR MINIMO DE LA FUNCION ANALOGICA BER Y DESPUES SE ANALIZA PARA DETERMINAR SI REPRESENTA SOLAMENTE UN EFECTO DETRIMENTAL MINIMO RELATIVO RESPECTO A LA OPERACION DE ENLACE DE LA RADIO, O UN MINIMO ABSOLUTO QUE REPRESENTA LAS MEJORES CONDICIONES OBTENIBLES SOBRE EL ENLACE.
