Abstract
Mejoras en la fabricación por circulación forzosa en émbolos de máquinas, especialmente émbolos buzo de motores rápidos de combustión, caracterizadas por la reunión de las siguientes características: 1- el aceite lubricante se inyecta o se proyecta en uno o varios dardos (10) al interior hueco del émbolo; 2- la inyección se realiza de modo que tenga lugar una salida por lo menos parcial del aceite lubrificante hacia la camisa del émbolo o la pared del cilíndro a través de orificios de paso (8,9) previstos ordinariamente en la ranura (7a) del anillo del aceite(7); 3- en la camisa del émbolo y vistos en dirección del eje del mismo se prevén canales o estrías (13) relativamente anchos, generalmente de 0,5 mm de profundidad y que llegan desde al menos por debajo de los orificios de paso (8, 9) hasta el extremo libre o inferior (14) del vástago del émbolo, a través de los cuales puede el aceite salir sin dificultad hacia abajo procedente de los orificios (8, 9) en la pared del cilíndroy/o el que llega directamente a los canales (13).
