Abstract

Procedimiento para el aprovechamiento térmico de bagazos de cerveza húmedos (1), en el cual los bagazos de cerveza húmedos (1) son presecados mecánicamente en una primera etapa de secado (2), son secados térmicamente en una etapa adicional de secado (4) y son por último aprovechados térmicamente por combustión o gasificación; caracterizado por el hecho de que en la adicional etapa de secado (4) los bagazos de cerveza deshidratados mecánicamente (15) son calentados con ayuda de un gas de humo que es producido en el sistema energético integral de una fábrica de cerveza.
