Abstract

Un procedimiento para convertir sulfuro de carbonilo y cianuro de hidrógeno, contenidos en una gas mixto, poniendo en contacto el gas mixto que contiene dichos sulfuro de carbonilo y cianuro de hidrógeno, con un catalizador de óxido de cromo-óxido de aluminio alcalinizado en presencia de vapor de agua, en el que el gas mixto y el vapor de agua, en una relación en volumen de 0,05 vapor de agua/gas mixto 0,3, se ponen en contacto con dicho catalizador de óxido de cromo-óxido de aluminio alcalinizado, que tiene un tamaño de grano en el intervalo de 1 mm a 4,5 mm, a una velocidad espacial
