Abstract

Procedimiento para la formación de una película antireflectante y niveladora sobre substratos de vidrio/OCT. Comprende las etapas de: formulación y preparación del baño de recubrimiento mediante la disolución de mezclas de tetraetilortosilicato (TEOS) con metiltrieloxisilano (MTES) en alcohol en presencia de un catalizador, formándose a continuación el gel sobre el substrato por inmersión y retirada controlada del mismo en el baño de recubrimiento que contiene la disolución anterior para, a continuación, proceder al secado del gel formado por evaporación del disolvente y a su sintetizado mediante tratamiento térmico en un horno de atmósfera controlada a temperaturas de entre 300 y 400ºC.
