Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de una capa de metal delgada con porosidad abierta a partir de un polvo sinterizable hecho de metales puros, aleaciones metálicas y/o mezclas de polvos de metales y aleaciones metálicas diferentes, caracterizado porque el polvo de metal es suspendido con una distribución de tamaños de las partículas de polvo predeterminada en un líquido portador, formado por un aglutinante licuado con un disolvente evaporable, porque la suspensión es aplicada al menos en una capa delgada sobre un cuerpo portador, es secada y la capa verde es sinterizada, en el que el grosor de la capa de la suspensión aplicada corresponde al menos al grosor s de la capa de meta lque se desea generar tras la sinterización, en el que s corresponde al menos al triple del diámetro D medio de las partículas de polvo, siendo D = 1m a 50m, y el grosor de la capa de la capa de metal acabada es de 500m como máximo.
