Abstract

Procedimiento para la texturización por inyección de aire de hilo (100) continuo mediante una tobera de texturización (101) con un canal (104) de hilo que lo atraviesa, introduciéndose el hilo (100) por uno de sus extremos y extrayéndose el hilo texturizado (106) por el otro de sus extremos, y en el que en un segmento central se introduce aire a presión (AC) en el canal (104) del hilo, y en el que el chorro de aire inyectado se acelera hasta una velocidad supersónica en la prolongación de un canal de aceleración (102) para generar el hilo de bucles (106) con una elevada velocidad de transporte de preferentemente más de 600 m/minuto, y en el que el recorrido de texturización por inyección de aire (FPA) está limitado por un dispositivo alimentador 1 situado al principio y un dispositivo alimentador 2 situado al final de la etapa de purificado del aire (FPA), caracterizado porque el hilo se calienta mediante un dispositivo de calefacción (120, 121) del hilo conectado por delante y/o por detrás entre un dispositivo alimentador 1 y un dispositivo alimentador 2, de tal forma que entre el dispositivo alimentador 1 y el dispositivo alimentador 2 se produce tanto la intervención mecánica del aire como la intervención térmica.
