Abstract
Procedimiento de acabado de una herramienta de corte. El procedimiento es aplicable en el acabado de herramientas (1) destinadas al corte de madera y que pueden tener cualquier forma y configuración y que están constituidas a base de unas partes de cuerpo (3) sobre las que se fijan las correspondientes partes de corte (4), siendo las partes (3) de hierro maleable y las partes (4) de un tipo de acero determinado, y en donde la herramienta (1) se complementa con el correspondiente moyú central (2) de montaje. El procedimiento se basa en aplicar una película de corindón sobre el cuerpo general (1) de la herramienta, para conseguir la eliminación del rebabas del material de soldadura utilizado en la fijación de las partes de corte (4) a las que partes (3) del cuerpo de la herramienta, efectuando seguidamente una inmersión del cuerpo de la herramienta en un baño de cromo, níquel o similar, para proceder seguidamente al perfilado de las partes de corte (4) y al rectificado del moyú (2), efectuando finalmente un grabado mediante nombre o marca personalizada, sobre una de las coronas circulares del moyú central (2), cuyas marcas grabadas se pintan con el color distintivo del tipo de acero correspondiente a las partes de corte (4).
