Abstract

Un procedimiento para predecir la actividad biológica de una composición vegetal que comprende: a). exposición de un biosistema a una composición vegetal de muestra y medición de las respuestas diferenciales de dos o más marcadores moleculares, constituyendo el conjunto de medidas diferenciales de respuesta un conjunto de datos llamado Conjunto de BioRespuestas Vegetales (Conjunto BRV); b). comparación del Conjunto BRV de la composición vegetal de muestra con al menos un Conjunto BRV obtenido previamente de una composición vegetal conocida con al menos una actividad biológica conocida; y, c). predicción de la actividad biológica de la composición vegetal de muestra, basada en la comparación de Conjuntos BRV realizada en la etapa b).
